TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Changes to the Session Date within 14 days prior to the Session must be in writing and will result in the following:
    • Reschedule:  Session Fee will be held as a credit with the Studio for up to two months beyond the original Session Date, after which time the Session will be considered as cancelled.  The Session Date may be changed to the next available appointment as agreed on by Client and Studio.  The Session will be considered as cancelled after three (3) Session changes.
    • Cancellation:  Session Fee will be held by the Studio as a credit for a future Session for a period of up to 12 months, after which the Session Fee will be forfeit.
  2. The Studio retains copyright and ownership of all images resulting from the Session.
  3. Changes or cancellations to artwork orders must be made in writing to LupinBay within three (3) days of the sale and refunded credit card or debit card transactions will incur a charge of $5.00 plus 3% of the transaction amount.
