TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Changes to the Session Date must be in writing and will result in the following:
    • Reschedule:  Session Fee will be held as a credit to reschedule with the Studio for up to one month from the original Session Date, after which time the Session will be considered as cancelled. 
    • Cancellation:  Session Fee will be held by the Studio as a credit for a future Session for a period of up to three months from the original Session Date, after which the Session Fee will be forfeit.
  2. The Studio retains copyright and ownership of all images resulting from the Session.
  3. Changes or cancellations to artwork orders must be made in writing to LupinBay within three (3) days of the sale and refunded credit card or debit card transactions will incur a charge of $5.00 plus 3% of the transaction amount.
